pcDuino Is A Mini PC + Arduino, Coming Soon To The GF Store

We’d like to introduce you to the pcDuino – a high performance mini PC with an Arduino style interface.  The pcDuino is cool because it can run full operating systems like Ubuntu and/or Android ICS, can connect to your network, and is even compatible with Arduino shields!  The pcDuino is powered by ARM Pro.  Here are some of the basic specs on this little devil:

•CPU: 1GHz ARM Cortex A8
•GPU: OpenGL ES2.0, OpenVG 1.1 Mali 400 core
•Onboard Storage: 2GB Flash, SD card slot for up to 32GB
•Video Output: HDMI
•OS: Linux + Android
•Extension Interface: 2.54 mm Headers compatible with Arduino
•Network interface: RJ45 and USB WiFi Dongle

The really cool news is that we are working on carrying the pcDuino board and pcDuino accessories here at our freshly revamped Gadget Factory store.  We hope to have the board available here at the store in the next couple of weeks; the base price for pcDuino will be $59.95.  We will have more news on this development shortly, so stay tuned to the blog.

    Is PCDuino open source? I am unable to locate any Eagle files.
